	COMPILATON PROBLEMS
*********************************
when I compile, I've got the error message :
...../libffss-1.0.0/src/.libs/libskyutils.a: No such file or directory
---------------------------------
The problem is the versions of build-debug and build-release,
Be sure these scripts comes from the same source than
the ffss library.

**********************************
I've compiled the bz2 library, but there's still the error when trying
to configure the ffss library :
checking for BZ2_bzBuffToBuffCompress in -lbz2... no
Warning: BZ2 lib not found...
----------------------------------
Upgrade your bz2 library.
Be sure there's no conflics between 2 versions of the bz2 library.

*********************************
I've got this kind of messages :
index.c:522: `FFSS_FILE_TAGS_NOTHING' undeclared
index.c:601: `FFSS_FILE_TAGS_NOTHING' undeclared
or:
server.c:817: `FFSS_STRM_OPEN_WRITE' undeclared
server.c:828: `FFSS_STRM_OPEN_TEXT' undeclared
server.c:1028: `FFSS_SEEK_SET' undeclared
server.c:1031: `FFSS_SEEK_CUR' undeclared
server.c:1034: `FFSS_SEEK_END' undeclared
server.c:1997: structure has no member named `OnStrmOpen'
----------------------------------
It's a problem of versions. An old version of ffss library was installed,
(make install), and you're trying to compile the server for example.
Solution: uninstall the old version and install the correct library.

**********************************
I've got anyway the message, even if skyutils is properly installed
configure: warning: Cannot find libskyutils ... we will compile it
----------------------------------
It's a known problem, and will be solved.

**********************************
  server compliation:
conf.c: In function `FS_ClientConf':
conf.c:528: structure has no member named `XFerPos'
conf.c:528: structure has no member named `FileSize'
----------------------------------
You have an older FFSS's library installed, run make uninstall before compiling.

*********************************
  master compilation
search.c: In function `FM_IntersectAnswers_rec':
search.c:102: warning: implicit declaration of function `memmem'
search.c:102: warning: comparison between pointer and integer
search.c: In function `FM_Search':

search.c:295: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
search.c:295: for each function it appears in.)
----------------------------------
You have an older FFSS's library installed, run make uninstall before compiling.

**********************************
I've got a _lot_ of warnings when compiling the server, master
or client.
----------------------------------
Perhaps are you trying to compile this program with the option
--enable-debug, but the FFSS's library is not compiled with
this option.

**********************************
	USAGE PROBLEMS
**********************************
I've compiled ffss sucessfully, but where are the programs ?
----------------------------------
it's on the src/ directory of each application:
appli/client/src
appli/server/src
appli/master/src
Be sure to configure these applications before launching them !
there are configuration files in the data/ directory.

**********************************
when I've exited the server and Im trying to launch it again, I've
 got the error message:
Error creating TCP socket on port 10002 (98:Address already in use)
----------------------------------
Some connections to your server were opened when you killed it.
Wait the TCP connection timeout (1-2 minutes) and retry.

**********************************
I've got sometimes the message:
FFSS Crashed :-(. Check: :0
----------------------------------
Try to recompile the library, and check if there isn't any conflicts
from an older version. If not, report this bug, see AUTHORS for details.

**********************************
I've got too debug messages in my client
----------------------------------
try ffss-client -d 0

**********************************
Sometimes it's impossible to launch a search, there's a timeout.
The master seems to be crashed.
----------------------------------
Perhaps your system's administrator actived the samba's scan, so
at this moment the master is scanning all netbios shares.
During this scan, the database is locked.

**********************************
Sometimes the master takes a lot of CPU time, the machine becomes
very slow.
----------------------------------
The master dumps his database to the disk sometimes.
